Thanks for your comment :) I completely agree with you about REAL psychology being OUTSIDE the exam hall; certainly makes me feel a lot better about failing, at any rate!

What about to believe in ourselves and try to make our own world good enough to live in?
I can't change the system, I can change only my views and try to be happy with what I have and at the same time try to get what I want in a way acceptable for me.

Pills and thrills indeed, and it is an awesome poem.
Do you happen to know the English poet Charles Bryant? He is the only modern day Britain poet I know. He likes to write on ancient times and to retranslate Cavafy’s poetry. He and I exchanged letters in 2005. This is one of his retranslations I love:

This stuff is all very well, but what are you trying to do?
I have a vast collection of early science fiction novels which cover everything you've posted so far. I gave up reading them some years ago on the grounds that they had not stood the test of time.
You need a snappier style, shorter postings and something original more…
